Commonly known as T Power Connector, its the de facto standard for mobile radios for most amateur radio manufacturers. Its capable of carrying anywhere from 7 to 15 amps (and maybe even higher) depending on the manufacurer of the connector. They are gendered, where the radio usually has the male connector and the power source has the female connector.

The vertical connector is GND and the horizontal connector is VCC.

Anderson Powerpole

A DC power connector that is capable of carrying 15, 30 and 45 amps of current. The connectors are genderless, they can be connected to each other and rearranged at any time by moving the center pin that holds two connectors together. The connectors can usually be bought as a single connector (1 case, 1 pin) or as a pair (2 cases, 2 pins, 1 locking pin). Its considered the de facto Amateur Radio power connector, but its rarely seen outside of North America.

When looking at the connector with the metallic tabs at the top, the left one is GND and the right one is VCC. Please note that because the connectors can be asseembled in either orientation, they might be accidentally mounted the wrong way around.
